November will be here in a matter of days, and if, like us, all you can think about is Christmas, we’ve got some Netflix recommendations you’re going to LOVE!
Throughout November it seems the streaming giant is all about the upcoming festive season, with a whole host of Christmas films and series being released. So, to avoid the whole ‘hours spent scrolling through Netflix’ thing, unable to find something to watch, we’ve made it things easy.
These are the Netflix launches we’re most excited about this November…
Cosy Up These Christmas Shows On Netflix In November 2020
At Glossy HQ, we LIVE for cheesy Netflix romcoms! There’s just nothing that gives us that warm fuzzy feeling inside more. Whilst this one technically came out in October, we couldn’t not include this feel good love story (it’s not even that Christmassy either, not after the first 10 minutes anyway!). Back to the plot: Fed up with being single during the holidays, two strangers agree to be each other’s platonic plus-ones all year long. What are the chances they’ll catch real feelings along the way?
Release date: October 28
Dash & Lily
Another Christmas romcom to enjoy! In this Netflix original, viewers will enjoy a whirlwind holiday romance. Watch a budding romance blossom between two teen strangers, as a series of dares and messages hidden in a notebook send them on an adventure around New York City.

Jingle Jangle: A Christmas Journey (2020)
Christmas wouldn’t be complete without a family musical, and this second Netflix original offers just that. Sit back and relax as you watch a fantastic imaginary world brought to life by the machinations of an eccentric toymaker and his adventurous grand-daughter.
Release date: November 13th
The Christmas Chronicles: Part Two (2020)
In this sequel to the smash hit ‘Part One’ that hit our screens in 2018, Christmas isn’t quite going to plan. Kate Pierce, who is now a cynical teenager is unexpectedly reunited with Santa Claus, when a mysterious troublemaker threatens to cancel Christmas forever. Can Mrs. Claus help save the big day?

Dolly Parton’s Christmas on the Square (2020)

November Netflix Recommendations That Aren’t Christmas
Think November’s a little early to be thinking about Christmas? If so, why not wait a little to watch these Christmas themed programmes and opt for one of these suggestions instead?
The Crown (Season 4)
First things first, if you haven’t watched seasons 1 – 3, you need to start there. But if you’re all caught up, get ready to indulge in the latest and final season for Olivia Colman in the role of Queen Elizabeth. This incredible new season will also introduce us to Princess Diana and Margaret Thatcher, played by Elizabeth Debicki and Gillian Anderson.
Release date: November 15th
One Netflix’s must-watch releases of the autumn/winter season is this upcoming adaptation of the memoir by J. D. Vance. This film, which features the talents of Glenn Close, Amy Adams, Haley Bennett and Gabriel Basso, takes a look at a modern exploration of the American Dream. Follow the story of a Yale law student who’s drawn back to his hometown and finds himself grappling with family history and Appalachian values.
