This month we’re bringing you two special design boxes, Trick or Treat – which will you receive? Packed with 5 stunning beauty products, you will find a full-size Illamasqua Antimatter Lipstick in either the shade Nebula or Energy! We took a trip to the brand new Illamasqua beauty counter in Selfridges to bring you some super glamorous Halloween looks using your new lipstick. If you received the Trick edition, take a look at our Halloween tutorial using the Illamasqua Energy Antimatter Lipstick below. If you received our Treat edition check out our Nebula tutorial here. You can also check out our video of the day here.

Trick Makeup Tutorial

Step 1 - Prime your eyes

Apply the Ilamasqua Skin Base Concealer as an eyeshadow base.

Step 2

Firstly, take Powder Eyeshadow in Forgiveness and blend into your crease (this is your transition shade). Then use the shade Inception on the outer corner of your eye and blend into your crease to deepen the shade. Add the shade Obsidian to the outer corner of your eye and across your lash line! Finally, apply Pure Pigment to inner corner and the middle of your eyelid over Inception.

Step 3 - Eyeliner

Take the Precision Gel Liner in the shade Infinity, take an angled eyeliner brush and apply some of the liner to the back of your hand first to warm up product. Then use the angled brush to line your lash line and under your eyes to make your eyes pop.

Step 4 - Concealer

Apply Skin Base Concealer Pen under eye and eye base to disguise under eye bags. The amazing thing about this product is that it's cooling and reduces under-eye puffiness thanks to ingredients of green tea and vitamin E!

Step 5 - Mascara

Coat the top and bottom lashes with the Illamasqua Masquara in the shade Raven.

Step 6 - Prime your skin

Prime your skin using the Beyond Veil Primer and then the Satin Primer on top to add shimmer and longevity to your look.

Step 7 - Foundation

Apply the Skin Base Foundation and blend it until you achieve a flawless finish. This is a high coverage foundation so a little goes a long way! We also used a light shade of the Ilamasqua Skin Base Concealer to highlight.

Step 8 - Contouring

Sculpt your cheekbones using the Lumos & Helio Sculpting Powder Duo -  a bronzer and highlighter in one compact!

Step 9 - Highlighter

Using the award winning Illamasqua Beyond Powder in Daze, highlight your cheekbones and cupid's bow for an incredible glow.

Step 10 - Eyebrows

Brush your brows through using a spoolie and use the Illamasqua Brow Cake to carve out your brows for extra definition.

Step 11 - Lips

To create an ombré lip effect, we used the jet black Eyeliner Pencil in the shade S.O.P.H.I.E  to line Lois's lips. We then applied the Antimatter Lipstick in Energy from the Trick box.

Step 12 - Cobwebs

To spook things up a bit, take the Precision Gel Eyeliner in the shade Infinity and create a web with a fine brush.

The Final Look

Our Trick or Treat boxes were so popular, we’ve now sold out – no tricks!
