I’ve tried a lot of products that promise to help you unwind before bed, but the grüum skira Melting Sleep Butter actually delivers. The first thing you notice is the scent soft, calming, but not artificial or overpowering. It feels like something you’d get in a spa rather than a supermarket shelf. I’ve used it both ways: melting it into a warm bath and applying it straight to damp skin after a shower. Either way, it leaves my skin properly hydrated, not sticky or greasy like some body oils can be.

Good but fiddly to use
I did enjoy this sleeping butter it made me feel really relaxed and my skin felt moisturised. My only issue i had was it dis take a while to melt into the bath and my skin.
