Not for me
I personally didn’t like the way it felt on my skin when applying in the shower. I didn’t feel very hydrated afterwards and it didn’t really affect my sleep.

Does the job

Not great
I didn’t find this made for a relaxing bath experience, as the water cools down the sleep butter hardens up and stick to your skin and also leaves a residue in the bath tub. I showered after the bath and then had to scrub the bath so kind of defeated the object of a relaxing bath. The scent wasn’t particularly strong either so it just felt a waste of time.
