Step 1
After cleansing in the evening, apply 2 pumps of Crystal Retinal to the face and neck. Allow to absorb then follow with a moisturiser.
Step 2
For new users of Crystal Retinal, phase application in gradually. Use twice a week for the first 2 weeks, every other night for the next 2 weeks, then every night. You should always use a sunscreen the next morning after using vitamin A.
It's recommended that you use at least 1 tube of your current Crystal Retinal strength before moving up the ladder to the next strength.

The Medik8 Crystal Retinal 3 was included in the GlossyBox Easter Egg Edit. The tube size Included was 30ml. I was very excited to try this retinol as I have heard so much positive about it from many others. I used the retinol gradually to start as advised when first introducing it to the skin. It didn’t cause any issues to my skin so i was able to increase the frequency quite quickly. It was very easy to apply, a little goes a long way so it should last for a good period of time covering the face and the neck areas. It absorbed well and left my skin feeling nourished and soft. I would love to continue using this in my routine long term to see even more improvements to my skin and will definitely recommend this to others!
