So disappointed
The box arrived looking a little battered but I forgave this as I know that can happen with delivery. Maybe more protective wrapping should have been used. But the most disappointing thing was today when I gave this as a present to my mum she opened up all the packages and we were all so excited to see what the big gift for number 25 was. It was a face palette which looked great, but when we opened the pallette, two of the eyeshadows were missing. There were just gaps where they should have been. Very underwhelming. I'll be interested to know whether anyone else had this issue.

Didn’t turn up!
Over a week after placing the order I was informed that the item was out of stock and would be cancelled, despite the advent calendar still being available to purchase! No one from Glossybox has helped, the customer service has been horrendous and there has been days of no communication from them. It’s now too late to get an advent calendar from anywhere else either. If I had known how abysmal their service would be I would have never ordered from them in the first place. Shocking customer service with no communication and no willingness to rectify the situation.

The item turned up and was well packaged. No damage to the delivery box. When opened, the box was well wrapped in bubble wrap so no issue there either. Only on taking out the calendar did we notice that the corners were bent and the sides baldy damaged. On raising this we were offered 10% refund or if i wanted to return it, the replacement would not be possible due to item being out of stock. Was told that they have strict policies on shipments and they dont send out damaged stock. Not great at all.

Damaged Christmas Advent Calendar
Unfortunately when I received my advent calendar it was damaged in 7 different places and box no 4 inside was also damaged. This was not the beautiful box I was expecting. Customer service is awful. You never get the same person twice. It’s a live chat. It took me a week to get them to collect the damaged box and even longer to get a refund. They didn’t refund my postage either . Would never buy from Glossybox again. Customer Service is awful. Be aware if this before purchase.

WOW! Amazing calendar (shame about the delivery)
First time buying from Glossybox and I am loving this advent calendar! No I am not waiting til Dec because I want a treat now! Lots of brands and nice variety of gorgeous products. Really good value for money too. I don't want to spoil anything but I am in love with some of the products after one use. 5 star review for the calendar! The only negative was the delivery experience. Royal Mail threw it over my 6ft gate and the box got damaged. I was at home at the time and they did not knock on my door. I was offered a £5 credit which was fair enough. Be wary if you are expecting a delivery to keep an eye out so the same doesn't happen.
