My box has just arrived. On inspection the diffuser has already been opened, packaging inside all ripped, lid dented and the liquid inside doesn't smell of anything much. Wondering if it has been decanted and replaced. Really poor quality control and so disappointing given these are supposed to be special gifts. Other items appear to be intact.
