THE BASICS:

• The promoter of the competition is Beauty Trend UK Limited ('we', 'our' , 'us' or Glossybox).
• We reserve the right to amend these terms without notice from time to time.
• All applicants must be over 18 and domiciled in the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) for the duration of the competition.
• Entry to the competition will close on 14th June 2019.
• Number of successful finalists is at our discretion, and will be dependent on the number of applicants. Winners will be chosen by Glossybox and further communications for successful applicants will be sent by Glossybox.
• By entering the competition, you grant to us (including our affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, agents and contractors) an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty free, fully paid-up, worldwide, exclusive license under your copyright or other intellectual property rights to use, reproduce, distribute, display and create derivate works from the material submitted through Instagram and the material otherwise sent to us.
• We reserve the right to withdraw this competition and/or your participation in the competition and/or involvement with Glossybox at any time without cause. For the avoidance of doubt, if we withdraw the competition, your participation in the competition or your involvement with Glossybox, the licence you grant to us in respect of any material submitted through Woobox and any other material provided to us will not be affected.

IF YOU WIN:

• You must be available to come to Glossybox HQ near Manchester on a date to be confirmed nearer the time. We will make sure to give you as much notice as possible.
• You will be informed of the Glossybox partnership details before the winners of this competition are announced. 
• Winners will be expected to sign a Glossybox Contract before any announcement.
