4Not sure.. it just sits in the shower and my fiancé only uses it when I mention about it. I think he just 'forgets' that there's a product out there? When he uses it he says he likes the feeling. But I think he would be equally happy to just put a cheap conditioner in his beard..

5Wife brought me the box for Valentine’s Day, thought I would give it a go to keep her quiet. Really loved the softener! I’ve got quite a long beard I’ve used oils and all sorts but this definitely gives me the right results without leaving me with an oily face. I’ve looked into there other products since and definitely going to order some!
