I think he likes it?
Not sure.. it just sits in the shower and my fiancé only uses it when I mention about it. I think he just 'forgets' that there's a product out there? When he uses it he says he likes the feeling. But I think he would be equally happy to just put a cheap conditioner in his beard..

Wife brought me the box for Valentine’s Day, thought I would give it a go to keep her quiet. Really loved the softener! I’ve got quite a long beard I’ve used oils and all sorts but this definitely gives me the right results without leaving me with an oily face.
