Using the press button dropper, drop oil directly onto the nail and cuticle, gently massage in to help with absorption. Use twice weekly for maximum care and repair. Make sure you wash and dry your nails carefully if nail polish is being applied straight after.

As far as nail and cuticle oils go, it was okay. I have tried quite a few over the years and this was just okay. Nails looked shiny and healthy and my cuticles were soft but it isn't really any different to your average cuticle oil.
