I'm not a tea at night person
I gave this to my mum as I'm not a tea drinker, especially a herbal tea drinker. Plus I wouldn't drink a hot drink before bed. My mum liked it but wasn't sure if it did much to relax her. I'm just being honest. Hopefully it worked well for others.
