Do better
I used to be really impressed with GlossyBox but recently I feel like their customer care has slipped to sub par standards. They make excuses a lot and are still using covid as an excuse for poor service despite other businesses very clearly adapting. Please treat your loyal customers the same as you treat your new customers. The recently Illamasqua Highlighter scandal should be a wake up call for the company.
