Mostly a hit (sometimes a miss)
Lovely treat every month! It’s nice to have new products to try and it’s always so lovely packaged! Sometimes products vary vastly between customers which can be disappointing and orders can be very delayed but the customer service team are very good

Good customer service
I really enjoyed this box. The cuticle oil smells amazing! Some great products that I would like to repurchase. Even though this box arrived late, the customer service team kept in touch and gave an apology and updates as to when it would arrive without me following it up. Great service, thank you

Good box
This box had a good mix of different products. I especially liked the cuticle oil. Please give us different eyeshadow shades though, too many warm shades, and the palette was almost identical to the devil palette I got last year in a glossybox
