Don’t stop being fabulous!
I love the glossy box. I spend very little on my hair and skin care and glossy really opens up new brands and products to me. Also getting to sample brands I wouldn’t usually be able to afford to buy is great. This really helps me maintain a nice self care routine and I really look forward to the new edits.

Fab, love the monthly tray.
I love the boxes and the themes and love getting a treat every month. I would prefer to get it earlier though as the last few boxes have been past the dates that are originally scheduled. As time passes we worry that alternative cheaper products ie wipes/toothpaste are then put in and feel this then causes negative content on the social media pages. Customer services are a little hard to get in touch with too

Not as good as it used to be
Glossybox used to be amazing unfortunately it is not the subscription box it used to be. Customer service, delivery and product quality and value for money has decreased in satisfaction this year steadily but I am always hopeful that it will return to a Customer focused business once again
