Can be used with or without water.
Aqua, Cetyl Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, Butylparaben, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Stearyl Alcohol
Apply to skin and massage gently. Rinse with water and pat dry with a soft towel.
If used without water, wipe off excess with soft tissue or cotton wool

This Cetaphil cleanser does everything that you'd expect it to do. It is a nice gentle cleanser and is not harsh on the skin like some products. It does help to maintain the skins natural moisture, which is nice as it doesnt leave my skin feeling dry.
