Can be used with or without water.
Aqua, Cetyl Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, Butylparaben, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Stearyl Alcohol
Apply to skin and massage gently. Rinse with water and pat dry with a soft towel.
If used without water, wipe off excess with soft tissue or cotton wool

I work in pharmacy so I am very familiar with the brand, but after trying this I definitely understand why its so popular, the cleanser didn't leave me feeling dry or irritated nor did it leave my face feeling oily it was just perfect. I have combination skin and I often find the other cleanser out there aren't doing much for me I will definitely be buying again.
