Can be used with or without water.
Aqua, Cetyl Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, Butylparaben, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Stearyl Alcohol
Apply to skin and massage gently. Rinse with water and pat dry with a soft towel.
If used without water, wipe off excess with soft tissue or cotton wool

Super easy to use. Takes away all of my makeup in one use but is sensitive enough to use as part of a multiple cleansing routine. Slight foaming but in no way drying or irritating. Leaves my skin feeling clean and soft but not stripped. Fave.
