Can be used with or without water.
Aqua, Cetyl Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, Butylparaben, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Stearyl Alcohol
Apply to skin and massage gently. Rinse with water and pat dry with a soft towel.
If used without water, wipe off excess with soft tissue or cotton wool

Too drying for me
Wasn’t keen on this the first time I got it as a set of 3. Same still. Thought I’d try it again seeing I had it. I don’t like the scent to be honest but that aside it’s just not that good. Doesn’t leave the skin feeling clean and doesn’t remove all makeup. Actually dried my skin out using it so won’t use again. Probably great for someone with oily skin. But I have normal skin and found it too drying.
