Can be used with or without water.
Aqua, Cetyl Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, Butylparaben, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Stearyl Alcohol
Apply to skin and massage gently. Rinse with water and pat dry with a soft towel.
If used without water, wipe off excess with soft tissue or cotton wool

Disappointed
I have wanted to try Cetaphil for a while after hearing lots of good things for people with acne-prone skin. I used at a time of a particularly bad bout of acne and felt disappointed with the results. My skin produced more oil to compensate for the dryness the cleanser was causing, and I didn’t feel that my skin felt clean after using. I continued to use until the bottle was empty, but used my normal cleanser after.
