This is an excellent product I have to say. And I've applied a fair few creams to my hands over the years. Been a florist for over 15 years now and they suffer really harsh conditions daily. Wet most of the time, cold also, taking lots of scuffs, scrapes, snags n pokes! It only becomes apparent later on when you're at home that they're sore, throbbing and desperately dry. My choice cream (for a decade plus)has been palmers cocoa butter and I'm never without it at home. It's a real quencher that unlike many creams, doesn't sting when it hits cuts and scrapes. I'm so used to this product now that if i do ever apply anything different, it feels very uncomfortable. My hands just will not tolerate the change and feel iffy until i get the cocoa butter on them! However....miraculously this particular hand cream wasnt rejected at all. And didn't call for the usual overlapping blob to mask the imposters presence! It smells lovely, it absorbs wonderfully, isn't oily or sticky afterwards, no sting and felt super hydrating! The tube performs with ease, no spluttered explosions and no excess left all over the nozzle. I would normally oppose a cap that has to be screwed off and on but I was so impressed by the fact it has a wooden lid it didn't matter. Actual wood! Really nice detail I thought . So overall ...this is a winner!
