Our Customer Care team is always available should you ever have any questions. Subscriptions can be purchased by anyone over 18.
Please Note: This is a subscription box, with payment taken monthly on the 1 & 12 month Pay Monthly plans, and upfront on the 3, 6, and 12-month Pay Upfront plans. Upon expiry of your subscription, all plans will automatically renew for a further fixed term of the same length.

Not really my type of fragnence but not bad. That is a flower scent but make me fell cosy and warm. Not a summer fresh scent, more for christmas time...! Not a sample size which is good. The smell doesnt keep on me all day-not good. Well other glossy gifts..Chocolate - yass...but that is not a beauty product so make me dissapointed. I think that all glossyBgirl was expected something „woow”.Hand gel.. its ok but not really make me happy.Standard „gadget” in my bag.Hair conditioner- well keep my fair,frizzy ,blonde hair manageable.Nothing more. Afeter 4 years break! with GLOSSYBOX I am still waiting for 5 star glossybox....not full satisfied. Thank you :)

This was my first Glossybox and I was really looking forward to receiving it. I was so disappointment to open it and see toothpaste looking back at me. The box seems uninspired and put together on the cheap. Toothpaste, hand sanitiser, sachet of hair conditioner, body scrub and a sample of face powder. To try and lessen the blow they popped a bit of chocolate in. I’ve cancelled my subscription which is a shame as I though this would be a monthly treat for myself.

So a tube of toothpaste...... Nope A chocolate bar..... Nope as vegan A perfume that doesn't last, even with tons of it used...... Nope A hand gel........ Dull JUST NOT GOOD! Why such a lame selection? Maybe it's cutbacks to make money as this box was like a pound saver edition but with things you wouldn't buy. Want a refund quite frankly

I’ve had Glossybox a while now and this is definitely the most underwhelming box yet. Toothpaste? Hand gel? Really Glossybox. I subscribe for little tastes of luxury, treats and trying out new brands. Not getting my weekly shop. Disappointed.

I’m seriously pleased with this box- I received variation 1 and got 6 beauty products and an extra chocolate bar. The hair treatment was like they read my mind having just bleached it so it was in need of a bit of tlc. The hand sanitizer is also right up my street. I’m a bit confused by the tea scrub but am excited to try it- almost tempted to drink it instead as it sounds delicious. The perfume smells amazing and the powder and toothpaste are going to be fun to try out. Over all I am super happy with this months box
