Our Customer Care team is always available should you ever have any questions. Subscriptions can be purchased by anyone over 18.
Please Note: This is a subscription box, with payment taken monthly on the 1 & 12 month Pay Monthly plans, and upfront on the 3, 6, and 12-month Pay Upfront plans. Upon expiry of your subscription, all plans will automatically renew for a further fixed term of the same length.

I am relieved to see I'm not the only person who signed up for a treat to feel pampered and got... Toothpaste! A sample of hand sanitizer! These are cheap everyday things you get from Tesco- I feel fobbed off with cheap products- who on Earth chose this selection and thought it would pass as good?!?

Really dissappointing
I subscribed to glossybox in hope of finding great new products to keep myself fresh faced and also loved the idea of getting little presents on a monthly basis. Following the receipt of my first box I’ve cancelled my order. I patiently waited three weeks, excited to open my first box. I found Colgate toothpaste, hand sanitizer, a chocolate bar, a cheap perfume. None of these products were what I expected and certainly were not beauty products. The setting powder I will use, the face mask and body scrub also, however I really am feeling super let down.

I absolutely loved this months box! This is only my second box and It felt like a complete pamper night set... especially the added sweet treat! Definitely recommend this to anyone needing a little pick me up each month especially students (discount is amazing). My only bug bear is that you have to cancel and re subscribe each month to apply any discount codes :/ 10/10 otherwise x
