Very disappointing - Product our of date
The box is the May Box 2025 and contained an E.l.f. product which expired in September 2025. Trying to get a resolution is proving very difficult as I am having to jump through hoops to prove that the product is not usable when GLOSSYBOX are fully aware that they sent out an out of date product.

Not a true mystery!
I got May’s box. Delivered fast, but my box was left at my back door by Ervi. The pink inner box was wet too. When I messaged customer service to be like hey not cool I didn’t say that was okay with Ervi even, I got very generic messages that felt like they hadn’t read mine. The products were fine, but you aren’t really making me want to get a monthly subscription with you?
