March products

It's always amazing to see our followers so engaged with our Facebook Live! I’ve gone through the comments and answered your questions below so all Glossies can benefit from our tips and tricks on this month's treats.

What is your favourite thing about Glossybox?
@Charlotte Therese

I think Glossybox is the perfect treat for both beauty experts and those who don't know a lot about beauty. It's a great way to explore and try products from exciting brands and broaden your horizons. You're treated to 5 amazing beauty products for just £10 - amazing!

MUDMASKY Sleep Repair Renewal Nourishing Mask, £61

Is the MUDMASKY Sleep Repair Mask product good for dry skin, if used in place of your night moisturiser?

It's definitely a recommendation if you suffer from dry skin! The MUDMASKY Sleep Repair Mask is all about hydrating and smoothing your skin through the night. Apply a thin layer to your face, within 1 minute you are ready to sleep. Leave mask applied during the whole night for at least 5 hours, but no longer than 10 hours. I would still recommend using a night moisturiser before you apply the mask to lock in hydration.

@Tracey Tebbutt

Purederm Deep Moisture Hand Mask, £3.99

Is the Purederm Hand Mask any good for eczema?

The hand mask is enriched with shea butter, sweet almond oil, Japonica oil, natural antioxidants and emollients to help improve skin! The intense moisture in the the mask works to restore suppleness to dry, rough or overworked hands and would definitely help eczema prone hands and sooth your stressed skin.

@Chloe Osborne

Decléor Aromessence Neroli Amara Oil Serum, £36

I found this item very greasy on my skin but I think I used to much so I will have to give it another try. But I loved the smell.

As Sarah showed you on the video, by putting your fingertip on the top of the bottle and tipping it upside down, you’ll get the perfect amount. You only need two to three drops so don’t overdo it! It’s also important to warm the oil before applying it by rubbing it between your fingertips. This will help it to soak into your skin.

@Caroline Sharman

Figs & Rouge Soft Focus Pore Perfect HD+ Matte Veil, £35

I am having a bad breakout at the moment so need some decent products x

It’s important to create a barrier between your skin and your makeup. The Figs & Rouge Matte Veil is perfect for this as it reduces the appearance of pores and primes your skin. You use this alone under your makeup or even moisturise over the top of it. Layering like this will protect your skin and create the perfect base.

@Amy Braden

Oryza Nude Lipstick, £15.95

Would you recommend different colour lipstick shades for skin tones?
Shyreem Raiytt

We always say you should wear whatever you feel fabulous in and a nude colour suits all.

How to work out your skin tone? Everyone’s skin has undertones of either yellow or pink. Look at the veins on your wrist – if they are blue you’ve got cooler, pink undertones and if they are a green colour you have warmer, yellow undertones. If you have a mixture of the two? You have a neutral skin tone and can wear any colour!

  • Yellow undertones: stick to warmer colours
  • Pink undertones: look for shades with blue or purple tones in them.
Tune in next month to see April’s edit unboxed! We love your questions and comments so keep them coming.
