Clearpay FAQs

Clearpay is an instalment payment option, a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four payments every 2 weeks without any interest when all payments are made on time.

To use Clearpay, you just need to be over 18 years old, be a UK resident, UK mobile number and have a UK credit or debit card.

With Clearpay, you can purchase a Limited Edition GLOSSYBOX and pay for them in four equal payments. Please note, you will not be able to purchase a GLOSSYBOX subscription with Clearpay.

Clearpay is not available on purchases of gift cards or e-gift cards, pre-order items or subscriptions. If your order contains any of these items, you will need to purchase these items separately.

Head to the GLOSSYBOX website and add your product to your basket. Then, go to the checkout and choose the ‘Clearpay payment method’.

You will then be directed to the Clearpay website. If you’re a first time user, you’ll need to register and provide payment details. Returning customers just need to log into their account. To finish, simply complete your order. It’s that easy.

Insider Tip: For Clearpay to work, all items in your basket must be eligible for Clearpay. Your basket total must also be over £10.

All GLOSSYBOX Limited Editions purchased using Clearpay will be dispatched as normal.

When you place an order using Clearpay, you must pay the first instalment at the time of purchase. After that, the remaining three payments will then automatically be deducted from your selected payment method every 2 weeks.

To view your payment schedule, simply log into your Clearpay account.

If you don’t have sufficient funds when payment is due, you will be charged a late payment fee of £6. You then have 7 days to make the payment before being charged an additional £6 fee. Don’t worry though, late fees won’t exceed 25% of the total order.

If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you just need to log into your Clearpay account and make the payment. Clearpay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly.

As long as your basket value is over £10, you can use a promotional code with Clearpay.

Please note, refunds for Clearpay will be refunded from GLOSSYBOX to Clearpay. As soon as any refund has been processed it will drop into your online Clearpay account.
