Good but item missing

Just wow
4Absolutely loved this box, I was thinking of subscribing to glossybox and they had just released the Black Friday one so I thought give it a try, I’m so glad I did. I will definitely be subscribing now. The shampoo and conditioner were definitely my favourite out of this box, a little really goes a long way with them and I’m definitely going to buy the full sized ones now.

Dissapointing
2There were items missing, and seemed like it was just a box to get rid of old stock very dissapointing as the limited edition boxes usually look amazing

3It was a very odd mix of items. Some good and some bad, like I never thought I'd get a packet of wet wipes in a beauty box.

4Great value for money even though a couple of small items were missing. I still absolutely loved the box and still was a fantastic price. Glossybox is a cut above the rest!

5This package was my favourite so far. Full of different products. Was missing 2 products but after emailing the glossy team, I received quick response which should have resolved the issue. All the products inside the box will be used. Highly recommend glossy box to anyone looking for a cheeky pamper box

3I’ll use all the products in the box but i’m still quite deflated at what i’ve received, good value for money when you total up the value of everything inside but it’s not really very great products, the conditioner was especially awful, it made my hair feel like straw it was terrible.
