Missing Muddy Mask

I ordered two of these mystery boxes ( one was a gift) and both came without the muddy mask and I have emailed but haven’t heard anything back!. The other 9 products inside were good and my two favourites were the highlighter and Victoria’s Secret pink face mask this box all in all was good it’s just a shame it’s missing items
