Beautiful scent
5Very relaxing and does help with calming down in preperation for sleep. I also like to spray it over unfamiliar pillows (hotel/family or friends houses etc) where they don't smell like I'm used to that also helps me sleep.

5If you like the scent of this then it’s really lovely to have a lovely scent to get you relaxed at bedtime. I was skeptical about such things but this is nice. I’m going to investigate more aromatherapy products as a result. Definitely got me in a positive place before sleeping which can’t be a bad thing.

1I'm not really into sprays like that because instead of keeping me calm I can't stop thinking about the smell and I can't sleep...
