TBH usually really love the box , but this month was fairly disappointing , another small hair product ( that doesn't do much ) , a lip balm I already have 2 of, another Brown eye liner. ( I don't use, and there was virtually the same product only a few boxes ago ) , a Dr paw paw cleansing balm ( the only thing I was really happy with ) and a sleep mask ( which I don't really use, and would prefer a beauty product to try . )

I ordered two beauty boxes again because the price was very good. Last time I had some issues - one product leaked. However, I really liked your customer service, and you quickly sent me a replacement. That’s why I decided to give your brand another chance. Unfortunately, I am disappointed again. In my new boxes, the sleep mask had a stain, and the lipstick in another box was damaged. It’s very upsetting to see the same problems happen again. I appreciate your support team, but the quality control is clearly not good enough. This situation makes me feel like I cannot trust ordering from this brand anymore. It’s a pity, because I wanted to stay a customer. I cannot attach photos here, but I do have them.

The app will not let me cancel the two subscriptions, and the glossy boxes are really awfull, im sorry but it's a waste of money, I had February order and then I had the same February for march, disgusting

The March GlossyBox included some well known brands and as always was packaged beautifully in the pink presentation box with tissue paper & a ribbon. The products included were good- I’m sure I have had the Dr.Lipp sweet potato in a previous monthly box. It would have been good to have a different super food this time and not a repeat.

This is very disappointing, the products are very average and the eye mask is very poor quality. The sweet potato super tint is just a sticky mess. Such a shame as the first box was really good. Now I am stuck with this for a year.

If something is too good to be true then it probably is…………….I was purchasing the mothers day box, then saw the iconic box for my niece & thought I would treat myself to the March subscription box as thought the offer was amazing but look out guys & gals because my welcome box was the November 2025 edit worth £58 & the products were not great & I probably would not have been so keen to subscribe. When I queried this with customer services they advised that with the free box it is not guaranteed that the items will be exact however try to match it as close as possible????? Oh & offered me £5 credit. Glossybox you have just lost a customer.
