5Love the coral colour, and I love the matte finish. Colour doesn't transfer to drinking glasses or anything, and doesn't dry out my lips! Would definitely buy again :)

Never received!!!
1I was really looking forward to trying this product but unfortunately it wasn't in my January box. I emailed glossy box 3 times over a week ago now and never heard anything back, I've loved getting glossy box every month and love most of the products I have got, but the customer service side of glossy box is such a let down which is such a shame. I have recommended glossy box to so many of my friends I'm the past but this has been such a disappointment that my opinion has since changed and won't be recommending it anymore. It also says on this page they won't post any derogatory comments so I guess this won't be posted, but it could so easily be sorted by just getting back to me and sending me my missing item. Hopefully this may alert you to my complaint. Thanks Victoria..
