Hmm, not impressed.
2The eyeliner doesn’t have much pigmentation, even upon swatch it was quite dry and took some warming up but pretty colour.

Eyes Popping
5loved this eyeliner i already had a gold eyeliner and were it regularly but this one makes my eyes pop so much i have green eyes and they look amazing i have tryed glitter eyeliner before but it irritated my eyes but this one the glitter is so fine it doesn't irritae them at all
