Bad packaging

The packaging really put me of this item. It's very cheap looking and the product is really unevenly placed in the compartments. Brush is useless! Colours are nice though.

Very cute little palet. Handy little box to pop in handbag. Colours have good pigmentation and a little goes a long way. Brush is useless.

I think the So Susan range is ok, the actual product works as well as a mid to low range lip/cheek colour but the packaging doesn't match the price tag. It feels cheap and the brush is pointless. I would pay a couple of quid for this but overall the range is closer to Benefit in price and doesn't deliver on quality.

really cheap packaging

Another lip product. I don't like the packaging at all, it looks like it's a free gift from a cheap magazine. I didn't find the product to be useful or practical, the brush is horrible. It's not easy to apply and the final effect isn't really the one I would dream about, especially on cheeks.

I agree that the shades are quite nice and it is smooth to apply. However, the product is tiny for its price and like the existing reviews said, the packaging is quite tacky. It reminded me of the lip gloss freebies that used to come with little girls' magazines. Bottom line is that I would never pay £8 for this minuscule product with no USP.

nice shades, clumsy packaging

Shades are nice, packaging is clumsy especially the brush. Dear Glossybox team, PLEASE STOP sending tons of lip balms, lipsticks. I would like to try something else, like foundation samples and etc. Seriously, every month I receive minimum 1 lip balm/tint/stick. Thanks a lot

I would have preferred generally browner tones but it blends easily and looks lovely on
