  • After cleansing, put the mask on your face using the straps included to secure in place round the back of the head. Using the control select the colour light therapy you wish to use, use for 5-10 mins, then remove the mask. You can watch TV or do household jobs while using there is no need to stay still. Use 2-3 times per week. You should see visible results after 2-4 weeks.
