At 50 years old you'd think now I'd be past spots....well bad news that's really isnt strictly true sadly! x I get the odd hormonal spot from time to time and these are perfect to help me get rid of them quicker than it goin on its own x So....well these small round clear patches 'dots' and they come in 2 different sizes and you get 32 of them in total... 16 of the small dot size and 16 of a slightly bigger size and to use them you peel one off and stick it over your spot x Now what's off about these is they peel off a backing really easily and the outer packet is plastic packaging and the ingredients are listed on it and that's about all I can make out so no instructions are given on how to use the 'dots' are not given so all I can tell you is how I use them! So basically if I get a Spot I make sure I cleanse and dry the affected area well and I can quickly apply this over the area x I cant detect a scent from the dot and it sticks well x Although the dot is transparent and I can see it.....it's sticks well to my skin and I simpy leave it on for a few hours till I peel it off x What these do is hydrate and sooth my spots...makes the spot it look less puffy and angry and doesn't agitate it at all x Now I find that one dot is effective enough but I think you can just keep applying them till its gone though that is me guessing cause of the lack of instructions! So are they worth buying? Yes I think they are x Spots can linger a while and sometimes even feel a bit sore.... well as I've said these hydrate the skin and help with inflammation! I think these are pretty good and you plenty of them!
