It is a toothpaste
I havent found it making a difference. It cleans well, it tastes nice and fresh and it didn't make my teeth sensitive during the time I used it up, but its a travel size, so I guess a full size would have gave me a fuller experience.

This seemed to have an affect straight away. I could actually see that my teeth were brighter looking after 3 or 4 days usage. The only thing that would improve this product is (and it may be purely because this is a sample size tube) a flip -top cap rather than a screw on. They end up on the floor or down the plug.
