Night time tea.
I don't drink tea so gave my samples to a lady that I provide care too. She expressed to me that she really liked the flavour and that they did seem to help her to sleep (this lady suffers nightly with lack of sleep) she has since gone on to order a full box and is continuing to see the benefits.
