Review of the survey
Glossybox should employ someone who knows about surveys to write them. All your surveys contain bias (and as such are totally useless). If I was a manufacturer wanting decent feedback on a product, I would not be happy with your results because of the bias. However, as your surveys are biased to produce ‘positive’ results they may be happy with the results.

Love my glossy box!
I love receiving my glossy box every month and love the excitement of opening the box and discovering new products. I would like to see more hair products in the mix and this would add to the selection.

Love glossy box
I love glossy box. There is always a good range of products in each box. I would like to see more hair care in a box as I would like to try them before I go and spend lots of money on it.
