First time buyer: loved it but a product missing! :(
I bought my first Glossybox in January and loved the products that I recieved! They were all fabulous and there were definitely products I would purchase again in full size from store when I run out of the ones I was given in my box! There was a slight issue with one of my products missing but it was very quickly resolved with a really helpful and efficient customer service team refunding me for my missing item. I was really pleased with my box and definitely would recommend, the whole novelty of getting surprise beauty products sent to you wrapped so decoratively is so exciting too!

Glossy box review
Thanks for asking additional questions to see what we would like. I would pay extra to receive essential items but I would like to see what they were first and maybe do a monthly opt in or out for them.
