The past year the boxes have been very hit & miss, products have been at times disappointing & lots of repeat/same kind of products (face masks, haircare) its got a bit boring & repetative, delivery of boxes some months has been awful it seems you are prioritsing newer customers over your loyal longstanding customers its very frustrating. I would love you to include more variety of makeup like concealors, foundations, lipstick/glosses, setting sprays & stop always sending highlighers/blushers/bronzers/mascaras/eyeliners that no one uses or wants anymore. Start including perfumes (good ones not cheap smelling ones). With the skincare you could give us a more variety of things maybe like cleanser & toners instead of the usual eyecreams & moisturisers. Less haircare products too I really dont want or need another hairmask, but you could hair tools instead. X
