Badly damaged and dirty
I was really disappointed that this arrived badly scratched and very dirty on the exterior of the cup. I did contact customer services but no explanation was given as to how this could have happened. I sent a photo as it was really quite nasty to receive an item in this condition. Not really worth the hassle for a £3 credit but I had to let Glossy now how grossed out I was by this as it's not up to their normal high quality standards. Also I was looking forward to trying it but won't be going near the contents.

This is a good moisturiser that absorbs nicely and does not leave my skin feeling greasy or sticky. The scent is not my favourite but is not necessarily bad, just kind of boring and artificial, but it is not very strong or overpowering.
