Get naked and get in the shower. You don't need clothes for this.
Rub me on dry skin for a quick intense scrub or on damp skin for a gentle exfoliation. Scrub in circular motions from top to toe, for a couple minutes.
Focus on areas that want extra attention by scrubbing them for longer: scars, stretch marks, breakouts, cellulite or patchy tan.
Rinse and repeat 2-3 times a week.
