Pretty eye pencil
This is a really creamy, chubby eye pencil in a silvery colour. I love wearing it to work as a thick eyeliner with my usual eyeliner over the top. I'm not sure how well you could use a powder eyeshadow with this, but it is nice for a muted , casual look .
