Delilah Eye Liner - Twig

Eye line is a long wearing, waterproof eyeliner with a built-in sharpener. This super-soft, creamy texture has intense colour and glides beautifully onto the eyes without smudging or fading, lasting up to 12 hours. At the other end, the cap pulls out to reveal a sharpener for precision application.
