Can be used with or without water.
Aqua, Cetyl Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, Butylparaben, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Stearyl Alcohol
Apply to skin and massage gently. Rinse with water and pat dry with a soft towel.
If used without water, wipe off excess with soft tissue or cotton wool

So excited to try
I was so excited to try this after watching my favourite YouTuber use it all the time and it leave my skin feeling SO GOOD. I was expecting it to be a watery formula but it’s a little thicker, but a tiny dot goes a long way.
