Can be used with or without water.
Aqua, Cetyl Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, Butylparaben, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Stearyl Alcohol
Apply to skin and massage gently. Rinse with water and pat dry with a soft towel.
If used without water, wipe off excess with soft tissue or cotton wool

Very mild skincare
Received a sample size of this in my November Glossybox. Its a pretty good product. I look for certain qualities in a cleanser myself, which this product doesnt have. But the point of the product is to be very gentle on sensitive skin and i would definitely say it has that covered.
