Can be used with or without water.
Aqua, Cetyl Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, Butylparaben, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Stearyl Alcohol
Apply to skin and massage gently. Rinse with water and pat dry with a soft towel.
If used without water, wipe off excess with soft tissue or cotton wool

this is a really nice clenser, I have combination dry/oily skin and struggle to find products that make my skin feel clean and less oily but without drying and making my face feel super tight. this however felt was a really nice clenser to use. it reduced my oil and my skin felt soft and smooth without any tightness. would definitely continue using.
