Can be used with or without water.
Aqua, Cetyl Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, Butylparaben, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Stearyl Alcohol
Apply to skin and massage gently. Rinse with water and pat dry with a soft towel.
If used without water, wipe off excess with soft tissue or cotton wool

Amazing quality and very gentle on skin
I have used this cleanser for a long time, I was happy to see it in the box this month because now I have a mini version of the product for when I'm travelling. In terms of cleaning the face, I would recommend to use cetaphil on days where you had no makeup on, just to cleanse the face. That's because it is a very gentle and light cleanser, and for days with make up you want to use something stronger in terms of "cleaning"
