Can be used with or without water.
Aqua, Cetyl Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, Butylparaben, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Stearyl Alcohol
Apply to skin and massage gently. Rinse with water and pat dry with a soft towel.
If used without water, wipe off excess with soft tissue or cotton wool

A little reminder
Over the years, I have switched cleansers.. I am sure that's a normal process as you get older, start making more money, and skincare needs change. I used to use Cetaphil in secondary school and I stopped.. but I don't know why.
