Can be used with or without water.
Aqua, Cetyl Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, Butylparaben, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Stearyl Alcohol
Apply to skin and massage gently. Rinse with water and pat dry with a soft towel.
If used without water, wipe off excess with soft tissue or cotton wool

This product does exactly what it says on the tin, if you want gentle this is for you. The product didn't suit my personal preference because I am used to stronger washes that lather so I didn't feel it did much for my skin, although it certainly didn't bring me out in a breakout. I would recommend it if you like gentle and more of a cream wash.
